Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Regulations
  1. Terms and Conditions – this document governs the terms and conditions for the providing of electronic services by NesWork. Before using the services of NesWork, the User should read the Regulations.
  2. Portal – the website neswork.eu.
  3. NesWork – service provider, NesWork Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poland, in Poznań, A. Szamarzewskiego 21/2 (60-514 Poznań), registered in the National Court Register, NIP: PL7812074498, REGON: 529371385.
  4. User – a person using the Portal.
  5. Service – electronic services provided by NesWork, allows Users to use the content of the Portal, contact NesWork and submit  applications or business orders.
  6. Durable medium – a tool that allows information to be stored for the User.
  7. To use the NesWork Services, you are required to have an operating system: MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7 and 8, MS Windows XP SP-3, macOS X 10.4.8 or later, and a web browser with Javascript enabled and cookies supported. NesWork reserves the right to interrupt access to the Portal for maintenance or upgrade reasons.
  8. NesWork provides Services under the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of agreements with Users. The Privacy Policy available at neswork.eu also an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Due to the development of the Services, their scope may change, of which NesWork will inform Users via the Portal.
  10. NesWork processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy.
  11. The User may resign from the Services at any time, which is equivalent to termination of the agreement for the provision of electronic services.
  12. NesWork prohibits the posting of illigal content or content that violates rules and customs. The User is responsible for complying with intellectual property rights.
  13. The User does not acquire intellectual property rights by using the Portal.
  14. NesWork recommends to use the antivirus software.
§ 2. Other Provisions
  1. The User agrees to the collection and sharing of statistics by NesWork. Data is collected automatically for the purpose of analyzing User activity.
  2. NesWork uses cookies to track statistical changes. The User may change browser settings at any time.
  3. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the Services, which NesWork will review within 14 days.
  4. NesWork has the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Services at its sole discretion, with notice provided on the Portal.
  5. The User acknowledges that NesWork may restrict access to the Portal in case of a breach of these Terms.
  6. By using the Portal, the User grants NesWork a license to use the submitted materials. The User guarantees that they are the rightful owner of the rights to such materials.
  7. NesWork has the right to monitor materials on the Portal, and to edit or remove them in case of a violation of these Terms.
  8. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.08.2024 and  NesWork reserves the right to amend them during 7 days. The Agreement shall be governed by Polish law and any disputes shall be settled by the competent Polish common court.
